We collect account details, contact information, shipping information, listings, product photos, bids, orders, agreement records, support messages, and basic security information needed to operate the marketplace.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. The Gettin Place should receive transaction status and limited payment information, not full card numbers.

Information is used to provide accounts, process purchases and bids, prevent fraud, approve listings, fulfill orders, resolve disputes, comply with tax and legal duties, and improve the marketplace. Order shipping details are shared with the responsible seller only as needed for fulfillment.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process information only for marketplace operations, payments, hosting, email, analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed, including required tax and transaction record periods.

For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact gettinplaceauctions@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for orders, taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, or law.
